ARC Management Systems are a consultancy company who specialise in the implementation, maintenance, auditing and integration of recognised and accredited Quality Assurance, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
ARC was founded by Keith Pheasey and Seamus Scully who recognised a need in the market place for a single consultancy service that could provide expertise across a range of complimentary disciplines. ARC has built up an extensive client list across a wide variety of sectors including Automotive, Construction, Engineering, Health Care & Service providers
We maintain an extensive core group of consultants across all disciplines; this allows us to place as many consultants as is required to ensure each and every project is brought to completion on schedule. Seamus Scully MSc, Environmental & Safety Consultant
Seamus has over 22 years experience working in a wide range of Engineering Management roles. Seamus began his career as an apprentice fitter with Irish Sugar. Following the completion of this, he returned to College and completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ulster. Seamus then took up a number of roles as a Senior Engineering Manager, establishing a number of start-up companies, with responsibility for the overall project management of facilities, environmental, process layouts, equipment design and operations.
Seamus has extensive experience transferring technology, and leading environmental/energy initiatives between sites worldwide including Asia, Africa, USA and Europe.
To enhance and formulate the strategic direction of our Clients, Seamus completed an MSc in Management Practice at the IMI – Trinity School Of Business. Seamus’s practical engineering background, coupled with his management experience allows him to deliver complex projects effectively.

Keith Pheasey BSc, Quality & Tendering Consultant
Keith is a graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology in both Engineering and Quality Assurance and has over 15 years experience working as a Management Systems and Cost Improvement Manager with a range of companies throughout Ireland. Keith is also a qualified Six–Sigma Black Belt and Lean Practitioner having qualified through Six Sigma Engineering Inc in America. Keith is also qualified Lead Auditor and through his work experience he has also accumulated vast experience conducting audits on behalf of companies across Europe. He has also established Management Systems in a range of companies from Start-ups to established Multi Nationals.

John Breen MBA, Lean & 6-Sigma Consultant
John has 18 years experience working in a wide range of manufacturing sectors including high volume automotive and medical device manufacturing. After qualifying with a degree in Quality Assurance, John took up a number of roles implementing Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 13485 and FDA Compliance.
After completing an MBA, John took up senior positions in operations management. He concentrated his efforts on Lean Enterprise and completed his masters in Lean, 6-Sigma and TPM.
John now specialises in implementing Lean Business and 6-Sigma programs. Through careful analysis and value adding techniques, John uses simple proven methods to improve productivity and quality. He has a good approach in coaching and developing staff at all levels and has a good track record in bottom line improvements.

Siobhan Drohan MSc, Director
Having previously worked as a software engineer in organizations across Europe & America for close to a decade, Siobhán also currently Lecturers in computing and education in Waterford Institute of Technology. Siobhán is also a Ph.D. candidate researching the prevalence of workplace learning curricula in entry-level software development roles.
